Gero would have used at least that mulitpiler for his calculated goku level, but gero said he used the Highest increase for an adult combatant. He also over shoot goku's progressed levels for his androids power for a shure victory.

SO it would seem to make sense that yamcha is much over 40,000's

The ginyu force is old news by the cell saga, akira had much more respect for his characters, what they demonstrate doesnt give us a good idea of there power , but that's one reason he done away with levels, so a Tien shin han which is much weaker than a super saiyan can hold off a being much stronger than a super saiyan.

So powerlevels don't matter in the scheme of things, and it would be possibly for Tien, krillin, and yamcha to win. Each of them alone have given goku trouple in the past all togeher they could conqure him if they did it right.

Tien, krillin, and yamcha have a fighters chance.
