So you see it makes sense why Itsuki would fear two A-class demons and a man that has a dimension-cutting sword to fight Sensui when he could only use less than 50%. That's the clue. Hiei+Kurama (A-class)>>>Sensui (>50%). Stated. And if that wasn't the case Sensui would not have hurried to kill Yusuke like Itsuki warned him. If he could honestly handle Hiei and Kurama, at A-class power, with less than half his full-strength, he shouldn't have been so worried. People are exaggerating his strength.

Speaking of which, I don't get where people are thinking Sensui would destroy "planes of existence". It's interesting they should claim this when we see Yusuke egging him on, and he gets pissed explaining that he "loves plants, and animals, and nature,". He did not say "Oh, I love staring at the rings of saturn and all the stars and nebula. It'd be a shame if I destroyed them,". Seems more like he was talking about the EARTH.

To be honest ANB, that's not really the best argument to provide if you want to prove Yu Yu Hakusho characters aren't at the top of the DBZ universe in power. A much better argument would be how inconsistant the power ups are in DBZ. For instance, Vegeta shaking the earth in the saiyan saga, yet the best he could do as a SSJ was kick up some dust. Or how about the fact that power ups are a bad comparison? Piccolo Daimao never destroyed anything by just powering up, while Toguro blew chunks of the Dark Tournament stadium apart (Along with 1/4 of the audience) just by going to 100%. Yet if they had a fight, I know Piccolo would nuke him straight to hell. Even Raizen's "Shake the makai feat" is incredibly easy to disprove.
1. Itsuki made it perfectly clear that he wouldn't let them out of his dimension because he thought they would be able to escape through team work, train and power up considerably, then defeat Sensui. A-Class power is a joke compared to S-class power.

Another thing to point out is that Sensui was still on S-Class level while using much less than 1/5 of his power. (Where do you get 50% from?)

He's nowhere near 50% when he kills Yusuke, and it's very unlikely he's using anything even close to his full power against Hiei, Kurama, and Kuwabara because we saw nowhere near the power and speed he showed when he got serious against Yusuke when he was reborn as a demon... Hell, he barely even had to move to beat the 3 of them at once :/
