His behavior indicates a mental problem.

But the parents have said nothing.

We basically have to grab him and make him look at us when we talk to him. I think it's more a combination of his parents not nipping the problem in the bud and him having some sort of social disorder.

I don't think he gets out much or interacts with other kids much. That's what they said. I want to say something to my boss, but she seriously won't listen anyway. He disrupts our daily activities all the time because he doesn't understand the basic meaning of 'no'.

Just think of a 3 year old in a 7-8 old body. It baffled me because I was expecting to not have to deal with that shit and then this kid comes along. Seriously, and he's not even cute.
