Ok, does it actually double the users power? I know the english manga has a Narrator panal that says it does, but King Kai says "Increase it no more than twice your normal power understand?"

But then, it isn't until Kaokenx3 that Goku makes any mention that he could explode from using it(aside from the description of all Kaoken's to K Dogg and G Unit)

And on top of that, King Kai says "No! You should never go beyond two fold Goku!"

Is it possible that Kaokenx1 is not a x2 increase?
