@gkrt: It was an observation I made that characters that train the most, Tien, are one of the weaker characters compared to characters like Gohan (Who just got all his potential unlocked to become stronger than SSJ3) and Chibi Trunks and Goten (who were just born to be more powerful at 8 than any humans ever). Also characters with wilder hair seem to do better.
