Eh, lately, when I tried to connect, I got:

Connecting to irc.waypasteleven.net (6667)
Connection refused.

Now, I tried that with a variety of ports, 6666, 6667, 9999 and so on. A lot of different ports, yeah. But the weird thing was, it used to be so that port number 6667 worked fine, now it didn't, therefore I tried other ports. They all failed to work, so I try later on port 6667 again and BAM, it works again.

Wtf is going on here?
