SSJ Vegeto, pretty easily. Majuub did a better job than SSJ3 Goku at first but it's not like he was leaps and bounds ahead of Bebi. SSJ3 Goku isn't stronger than Shin Buu(Gohan absorbed) and surely not stronger than SSJ Vegeto. Bebi had a little difficulty taking his hits, and if he had a hard time taking the hits of someone weaker than Shin Buu(Gohan absorbed) he stands no chance against Vegeto. With that said, SSJ3 Goku and Majuub should be in the same league but SSJ Vegeto is still on another level.
