I meant hailing one when you're drunk. It's hella hard for me.
But as for driving places, I prefer using a cheat, getting a Turismo, going really fast, crashing into a pole and flying out my windshield. It's oh-so-satisfying. But yeah, now that I've beaten the game I'm cheating like the dickens and going on terrible killing sprees from the top of buildings that I use a helicopter to get on top of.
I'm disappointed with the lack of force provided when you get the max stars. It's not even a challenge if you have a rocket launcher. D:
I miss good ol' GTA2 where they would send the army after you. :D That was super fun.
