And yeah, Elder Kai's ritual does work that extremely. Gohan was weaker than a Ssj1 in his base form, and this was with him not training for 7 years due to school, then after the ritual his base form is suddenly stronger than a Ssj3? Training before hand doesn't aid the ritual.

It would make sense that training would increase the boost. That would be ludacris that you could be a shot gun with a farmer then the elder kai could make you stronger than 10000's of freezas.
