The humans couldn't take goku or Vegeta's Base levels in the android saga, unless tien used the Shinkikoho( new tri beam canon)/ Krillin used the Kiezan ( destructo dick); both of those are dangerous/ deadly.
So if you would like to Say vegeta actually turned on the other z warriors and Tien or Krillin had to give it there all then yes I would say They defently could defeat him with there desperation attacks.
Tien held a second form Cell in place with the Shinkikoho
Krillin cut off Freeza form 2's tail with destructo disk. ( pl over 1,000,000)
While his own pl was 13,000?
Vegeta base level would probably die with those kikoho's raining down onto him, and a destructo would cut him in half easily. So it's all about there attacks making contact.
If Vegeta became a super Saiyan it may even still be possible that these attacks would severly injure or kill him, pre rosat.
