DBZ wins easily by speed alone, they are easily several times faster than the speed of sound.
Plus they are easily much way stronger than 1st Form Freeza who coould destroy planets like it was nothing.
Also people constantly forget that early on in DB regular people could not keep up with Gokus movements, so think about that.
The DBZ Androids are clearly the winners atleat with speed alone.
