Definetly the MK Androids. Yes, the MK Androids power increased at a exponetial rate in armageddon. So powerful that not only can they blow up planet but can shatter different realms.

Plus they are filled with unpredictable moves(Energy net, exploding teleportation, invisibility, accurate missile shooting, not to mention blowing up a planet within seconds.)
