Alright, this is about the fifth time that I’ve seen this and it is really starting to bug me. All of the people on this list are true warriors no matter what their power levels are and trained all throughout their childhood. Training and fighting is in their blood so there is no way that any of them would go as much as even a year without some sort of training, which means that none of them should be getting 0’s. That's just my opinion, take it as you will.  |
