So how would surviving a nuclear bomb be any more deadly...? Remember: Both the missles and the bomb are "nuclear" (By your own words), meaning: Both have radiation; one of which Cell took without any damage (physical or health-wise).

You misread me. I didn't mean that the missiles that attacked Cell were nuclear, I meant that there was a difference between those missles and nuclear missiles.
