Those attacks that can't scratch the surface of the warrior won't mean anything in couplets. The power of ki blasts don't add because there are more of them. If somehow 10 billion coolers could combine their energy than yes we are looking at huuuuge numbers.

Here is an example when fighting a 100 week people: Let say your facing off against 100 out of shape people who you are 2x stonger than and 3x faster than. Well you can take them all on individually until you run out of steam. Since this is DBZ the warrior who is twice as strong and 3x faster will prevail with the use of a deep energy pool, an attack that can wipe out many people at once and possibly the ability to use a multiple form of oneself. Taking on more than one person is nothing if they are all weaker by at least 2x.
