As long as the Power of the attack or attacks equals the targets power level , it can be canceled out; But for example if the attack or attacks power exceeds the target's power level, than damage will occur.

Also don't forget, fighters in DBZ can charge ki into there attacks.


For example.

Radditz- 1,220
Goku- 416
Piccolo- 408

Goku's kamehameha- 921-1,080

Radditz blocks it.

Piccolo special beam canon- 1,330 then 1,440

Radditz:" 1,330! I can't block that!"

The 1,330 would have killed him, and the 1,440 kills him and goku.

If the Metal coolers could all charge up an attack and combine it into one super nova ball , kinda like a spirit bomb from hell, and hit ssj4 goku , it all depends on your imagination.

But let's say they can do it successfully, 10 billion metal coolers and let's say each of there power level's are 200 million. If they each put all of there 200 million into the attack it would be

2,000,000,000,000,000,000

So is ssj4 gogeta's pl below that mosterous number?
