Theres not much evidence to show how strong Piccolo is by the end of Z. Only thing I can think of, is that he is weaker than Base Goku, Vegeta, and Gohan as Dabura killed Piccolo and spared the 3 strongest fighters

You'll be blown away. I always thought Piccolo was quite a deep character lol.
