Frieza VS Oozaru Baby Vegeta
If everyone is at equal power levels, then the special abilityless characters like this are next to worthless. when it's Big VS Small at equal power levels, the smaller dude has the advantage, due to their superior speed. The only reason Oozaru is any good is because of the 10x increase, which is irrelevent in an equal power levels fight, and so he is essentially a giant target for Frieza, who could simply death sauzer him through the neck, and because he is so slow he cannot avoid it.

Winner: Frieza, Oozaru sucks without the x10 bonus, simple as that.

Cell VS Super 17
Lets see, Super 17 can absorb energy from Ki attacks and directly from his opponent, which is definitely an advantage, but Cell can regenerate, and shit out Cell Jr's to distract the enermy. In fact, making Cell Jr's didn't seem to weaken Cell at all, so he could make hundreds of them. But ignoring that, I think this could really go either way. Power absorbing is a good ability, but it didn't save Dr Gero against Piccolo did it? It's not this amazing battle winning power people seem to think it is, but then again, neither is Cell's level of regeneration. However, Super 17's infinite stamina would give him the advantage against an equal opponent, so Cell(like everyone except Buu) would lose in an equal power level fight. But this is where regeneration comes in handy, Cell could do one of two things, either prolong the fight as much as possible until Buu arrives and heals him, or, allow himself to be destroyed down to the nucleus, and then regenerate with a Zenkai, becoming stronger than everyone else. And his last resort is to simply blow up, making it a tie at the very best.

Winner: Cell, because he can be healed and can regenerate. Although I will admit that this could go either way or if Cell was losing it could be mutual destruction.

Super Buu VS Omega Shenron
The clash of the titans right here, Buu has regeneration and the ability to instantly learn any attack he sees. Omega seems to have the advantage, being able to perform other abilities like super heating. But after seeing each attack, Buu could just copy it. I guess Omega could just keep spamming the same half a dozen attacks he has at Kid Buu until Frieza and(probably) Cell arrive and team kill him. 1 on 1 I think Buu could win because he is actually very intelligent, he can regenerate to an amazing degree(from dust, can Omega Shenron do that?) and a fighter like Buu can only be beaten by someone considerably stronger than himself. However Omega's attacks that he stole from the other dragons might give him the advantage(namely, super heat to incinerate Buu, I doubt he could regenerate from that) so one on one Omega would be more likely to win, but it could go either way. Regardless, this fight would take ages, and Frieza (and probably Cell) would arrive and team kill him even if he could beat Buu.

Winner: 1 on 1 Omega, but could really go either way
