I'd love to say Vegeta beats Goku, but who knows. Vegeta won their first fight, the second was a dead even. Goku could pull this one out of his ass, but in no way shape or form does he "own" Vegeta. Hell, if you wanna throw Bardock and King Vegeta into this, King Vegeta wins easily.
