1. He didn't realize it would make a difference until
after that inccident. That's when he realized he couldn't go fp in his living body.
2. Because he hadn't powered up for a minute. It also makes more sense for him to have used less power against Fat Boo since he had no intention to kill him.

Exactly where did I say he held back as much as you presumed I said? I simply said its more likely that he used less power against Kid Boo.
